For recent graduates who are interested in a career in the NHS, they offer the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme. It is a structured training programme for recent graduates to gain industry-specific skills and experience. All programmes involve training during work hours but you can also expect coursework outside of work hours.

Pay and Benefits
All of the above programmes offer a starting salary of £27,701. This also comes with the opportunity for a 5% increase after 12 months. There are numerous benefits included, such as:

- eligibility for the Cycle2Work scheme
Once you’ve completed the scheme, the average salary you can expect to earn is £44,000/year.
