We are a small, diverse and highly effective team based in Belfast, delivering international mobility programmes for students and young people from across Europe.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and highly organised Account & Project Manager to take ownership of mobility projects from our international partners. You will manage projects from initial planning through to delivery, identifying suitable workplace experience opportunities with local organisations, coordinating the necessary documentation and arrangements, and ensuring a high-quality experience for both our partners and participants.

A key part of the role will be developing our network of Northern Irish host organisations. You will enjoy getting out into the local business community, attending networking events, meeting employers and building relationships with organisations of all sizes. You don’t need to know every business in Northern Ireland already; we are looking for someone naturally curious about the local economy who has the initiative to identify organisations and opportunities that could provide valuable work-based learning experiences.

You will also build strong relationships with our international partners and participants, communicating confidently with people from different educational, cultural and linguistic backgrounds. You will need to balance excellent customer service with the practical realities of delivering multiple projects to deadlines.

The role offers considerable variety and will develop as our operations grow. We normally work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, although some evening and weekend duties will occasionally be required to support programme delivery and participant activities.

As the organisation grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility for key international accounts, develop new employer partnerships and contribute to the development of our mobility programmes and services.

  • Commercially aware and confident approaching organisations to develop new partnerships.
  • Naturally curious about Northern Ireland’s business community, economy and culture.
