Job opportunity:

Job role:

  • Resolving issues, reporting concerns and liaising with stakeholders to resolve any difficult situations
  • Attending meetings when needed, ensuring that any documents needed for meetings are prepared
  • Overseeing recruitment
  • Supervising and training apprentices
  • Day to day running of the office
  • Overseeing compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assisting to grow the business
  • Producing financial reports, including payroll and financial analysis
  • Processing annual leave requests for staff
  • Supporting our clinical team as and when needed
  • Acting on behalf of the manager in their absence
  • Working closely with Associate Director and performing any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills, ability to lead others to thrive and succeed
  • The ability to manage own diverse and often conflicting workload as well as supporting the team in prioritising their tasks
  • Intelligence, resourcefulness and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Diligence, ambition, self-motivation and a strong commitment
  • Discretion and the ability to deal with sensitive information
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Acting in reliable, respectful and decisive manner
  • Professional attitude
  • Level 6 qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Experience is not essential as a successful candidate will be provided with structured training and guidance, enabling success in this role

Salary: £22,000
