About the Role
The School of Business and Management is looking to appoint a member of the team to provide professional and strategic responsibility for the delivery of undergraduate teaching and learning activities in the School. The primary goal is to manage and coordinate student administration systems and processes to enhance the student-academic cycle of activities, and to develop data driven solutions to enhance the delivery of programmes. Programme Administrators may be called upon to support meetings of the Staff Student Liaison Committee, and of the School’s Teaching Groups, to support improvements in programme delivery.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have substantial experience of managing teaching and learning activities within Higher Education. Considerable experience in developing and analysing policies and procedures is essential as well as the ability to inform decision making at a senior level. You will be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who also has the ability to balance competing pressures, deadlines and complex demands. Experience of strategic planning and managing and developing a team are also essential.

The Business and Management is an expanding successful School with around 700 Masters Students each year as well as 2,100 single honours undergraduates and around 1,000 students taking modules we design and deliver as part of joint programmes

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), with an expected start date of August 2021. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £38,655 – £45,479 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
