Job Description & Summary

Employer Branding
We’re responsible for leading the design and execution of our employer branding campaigns, making them distinctive, consistent and aligned to our recruiting and corporate brand strategy. You’ll be part of the team responsible for designing PwC’s employer branding campaigns to help to attract the best and most diverse talent into our business.

Programme
These eleven-month placements are for students who need to complete a placement as part of their degree. You could sit a selection of professional accounting exams and leave with a graduate job offer to fast track into a second year role upon graduation. You’ll work alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on live and interesting client projects. So you’ll get a good insight into working life at PwC.

What you’ll do

  • Reporting into the Employer Brand Operations Leader you’ll provide support with the design and delivery of our national employer brand and attraction strategy.
  • Support design and execution of Experienced Hire, Student and Contingent marketing Campaigns, including both targeted and firmwide campaigns.
  • Support annual review of marketing assets such as adverts, flyers and presentations.
  • Support the review and assess media buying and supplier partners.
  • Managing the job posting process and creating tracking links to measure ROI.
  • Supporting the creation of newsletters to our Talent Pool.
  • Supporting the digital team with managing website updates and annual refresh and social media content and tracking.
  • Assisting with the creation of video content including attending film shoots and supporting pre and post production of filming projects.
  • Support campaign management and tracking to help measure return on investment.
  • Provide support to the wider Employer Brand team on ad hoc marketing requests and specific projects as required.
  • Building strong relationships with the wider Employer Brand team will be essential in being successful in the role. This includes the Campaign, Social Media and the Digital Marketing teams.
  • Work with our internal and external PR team, to support our recruitment objectives.
  • The team is split between our offices in London, Bristol, Manchester and Birmingham.
  • The job holder will need to be comfortable travelling when required to other offices and working as part of a virtual team.
  • What you’ll gain
By experiencing life inside one of the world’s largest professional services organisations, you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to build and work on your commercial and personal skills. Working alongside specialists, you’ll work on projects to give you the best insight into what we’re about. You’ll have the opportunity to build networks with your colleagues and peer group – factors which will make a real difference when you return for your last year at university.

    What you’ll need
You’ll need to be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you’re on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

    When to apply

Although there is no application deadline, each year we have only a small number of roles available. We therefore advise applying early, but please be prepared for a short wait in processing your application at each stage of our process while we consider your application alongside others.
