About Our Graduate Programme
The Meggitt Graduate Programme is an accelerated development programme for those graduating from University. Within our Programme, you can learn about engineering and operations in a global manufacturing environment. You’ll be able to utilise your existing experience as well as pick up new skills as you rotate around Meggitt for your four nine-month placements.
In order to fast-track your development, you’ll be assigned a senior leader to mentor you throughout the programme, as well as a professional development mentor who will support your progression towards professional status in your chosen field.

How long has the Programme been in operation?
We first launched our programme in 2012.
Will my pay be adjusted with each placement?
Your pay will be regularly reviewed throughout the programme and adjustments may be made, depending on placement location.

Yes, we will fully support your professional development and progression towards chartered status in a relevant field
