Team Leader (Student Records) Academic Registry, Student Administration Service FTE: 1FTE (working 37 hours per week) Duration of contract: Permanent Salary: UH6 £28,331 pa with potential to progress to £33,797 pa on achieving designated skills and experience Location: College Lane campus, Hatfield We are looking for a motivated and proactive team leader to lead and develop the team of Student Records Administrators within the Student Administration Service at the University. This is a challenging and interesting position with the opportunity to develop new working practices alongside implementing existing ones and ensuring adherence to the University regulations. You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible in time and in workload to support effective team working, and to facilitate seamless customer service to everyone that you work with. The role requires a high level of accuracy with data input, attention to detail, and you will have excellent communications skills in working effectively with key individuals. You will need to have extensive administrative experience, preferably in Higher Education, excellent organisational and data skills, and the ability to use initiative and a flexible approach in delivering to deadline. We are also looking for someone with experience of supporting and managing a team. Qualifications Degree (or equivalent level qualification), or higher qualification, or proven administrative experience
