The Student Support Centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Funding Team. As part of the Advice Service, you will be working alongside colleagues to provide vital support to students, in particular those who require specialist support and advice in relation to all elements of student funding. 

You will assist with the administration of University Financial Assistance Funds and other funds in accordance with specific criteria and guidelines. You will be required to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines, using your own judgement to deal with queries on a daily basis. The role will involve responding to emails and phone calls from students, and using Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Outlook and Word to administer and process funding applications, as well as using a CRM (Maximiser) and the Student Management System (QLS).

A high level of accuracy and an ability to work methodically is essential, as well as a desire to provide a high level of customer service to our students and colleagues.
