This role is the perfect fit for a proactive and flexible person capable of making a positive impact on our service and students.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our highly successful Student Support team. You will be providing advice and support to students on a variety of issues such as finance, careers and welfare. You will also support the service in the organisation, accurate recording and monitoring of safeguarding and welfare concerns.

Working with potential and enrolled students you will deliver advice and guidance relating to a variety of subjects, aiding them to continue their education and be ready for work.

You will need to work flexibly within the team to provide a responsive service based on student need. Student Support Advisors at the College have a shared responsibility for monitoring and supporting Looked After Children, Care Leavers and as well as those with mental health and wellbeing needs so empathy and wider knowledge of specific needs is important.

The successful candidate will be required to work at our campuses at Luton although there are also cross-college opportunities available throughout the year.
