A vacancy has arisen within the Teaching Services Team to provide professional and administrative assistance to our taught students in our busy Teaching Services Hub.

About You

To apply, you should have experience of dealing effectively with people face-to-face with a customer-oriented approach and have a knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to student support. You must be empathic and professional when dealing with students and have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality of opportunity and to dealing with diversity sensitively and fairly.

This post requires that you can work both independently and as part of a team and you will need to have a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and also by a range of media. Occasional attendance on campus may be required during the pandemic.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment and is available immediately. The starting salary will be in the range of £27,742-£34,227 per annum (Grade 3), inclusive of London Allowance. The successful candidate must be in post by 1 August 2021.
