We are looking for a Student Services Officer (Behaviour Improvement & Customer Service) to work within the Wellbeing & Safeguarding Team in Student Services. We are looking for candidates with strong administration and organisation skills who have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Multi-tasking and communication skills will be a key skill for any successful candidate. This role is based across all campuses and the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to all sites on a regular basis. The Student Services Officer (Behaviour Improvement & Customer Service) will have direct responsibility for the coordination of Fitness to Study Panels, Serious Breach investigations, panel meetings and reporting. The role includes the collection and analysis of data relating to Serious Breaches, meetings and outcomes, to secure ongoing quality improvement. The Student Services Officer (Behaviour Improvement & Customer Service) will coordinate the College’s Compliments and Complaints Policy & Procedure to ensure that all compliments are logged and acknowledged and that all complaints are dealt with swiftly and fairly. The role will include working closely with all Departments across the College to improve provision and experience for all students, customers and stakeholders.
