We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Administrator to work within the university’s Student Services Administration department. The role will focus on placement allocation of the Institute of Health and Social Care’s Pre-Registration Nursing students as well as other associated administration support. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering a user focussed administrative service as well as a demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service. The post-holder will need to be able to deal sensitively with enquires from a diverse range of individuals (including NHS Trusts), and de- escalate and manage potentially difficult or conflict situations calmly and with confidence.

The post-holder will play a key role in ensuring the objectives and values of the Student Services Administration department are met and that student and other key stakeholder enquiries are dealt with in a customer-focussed, efficient and professional manner.

The post-holder will spend time at both the Southwark and Croydon campuses (as required) and will work collaboratively with colleagues within Student Administration as well as academic colleagues whose courses/modules they will support.

The postholder will play a key role in supporting the Student Administration Team Leader to provide a professional administration service.
