Job Purpose: To promote the College’s range of products and Student Hub services increasing student participation across all areas. To have an up to date understanding and knowledge of funding for 16-18 and Adult learners ensuring learners are fundable and enrolled on the correct course. To promote and record activities against college targets including; applications (online, telephone and paperbased), enrolment, financial support, college promotions, Course Finder, support for students through social media and online chat services. To be integral in marketing the additional benefits to those studying at the College and the local community including; The Spa, Gym, Restaurant and Hair and Beauty facilities.
As such, they are expected to be professional, courteous and diligent at all times, to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently, and to reflect and enhance the brand and values of City of Wolverhampton College across all campuses.
