We are seeking an exceptional individual who is an experienced and highly organised administrator to work as part of our Student Experience Team to provide a high level of professional support to academic staff and students. You will support the Team Leader (Enhancement) with quality assurance and management activities such as Internal Periodic Reviews (IPR) and professional accreditations as well as support for student enhancement initiatives such as employability and placements, internationalisation and study abroad, and learning and teaching support. As the recognised point of contact for enquiries related to this area of activity, you will manage queries directly and prioritise actions. This will involve liaising and networking with other professional services and academic staff across the School and wider University and with external stakeholders. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a service that exceeds expectations. This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2022.
