The Student Experience Team play an essential role in our student’s journey, providing a variety of support.
You’ll be working in the University of Surrey International Study Centre. The University grounds are stunning, and the team are friendly and welcoming.
In this exciting job role, you will support the Administration Manager with the delivery of an efficient academic admin and student support service. This support includes and is not limited to reception, induction and registration, academic administration, and general admin support to students and the academic team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be someone that can work on your own initiative, and be a team player. The role is varied, so you’ll need to be flexible and adaptable with your approach to managing your workload and taking on new challenges. See below the key experience that you’ll need to have to be considered:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, working with a variety of complex admin.
- Proven customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience working in an educational environment would be advantageous.
- Working in collaboration with a Top Tier University.
