Student Admin and Project Assistant

The role

A key member of the School of Arts Executive Team, the role holder will be based in the Education Team office and act as the public face of the School and first point of contact for students, staff and visitors.

What will you be doing?

This role provides general office, reception and administrative support as well as assisting the Executive Team with projects, organisation of events and certain health and safety responsibilities. A key element of this role is to lead on the School’s social media presence (including websites, Sharepoint sites, blogs and twitter accounts). 

You should apply if

Excellent IT skills and experience of updating social media. A commitment to providing high-level customer experience, and ability to work effectively as part of a team with competing deadlines and interruptions.
