Salary (Grade S6): £27,924 to £32,344 per annum plus £2,166 per annum London Weighting (pro-rata if part-time)

As part of our new Assessment and Curriculum team the College is seeking to appoint a highly skilled senior administrator to undertake a challenging and rewarding role; to provide effective administrative support and guidance in the operation and delivery of our taught programmes’ regulatory routines. You will work closely with, and report to, the new Senior Student Programmes Manager where you would support the Department of Health Sciences. You would be responsible for providing essential high-level administrative services and guidance, primarily in the operation of Boards and Panels of Examiners and validation and accreditation functions for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes.
Following a review and refresh of the services provided by our Taught Programmes Offices you will be joining at an exciting time. We seek individuals with drive,and the confidence to work independently within a matrix structure. You will also have the ability to deliver effective operational support to our academic staff during programme launch and review cycles, for example.
As a Senior Student Programmes Administrator with a focus on process and policy, you will liaise and work closely with Taught Programmes Office staff to ensure that your operational practices develop holistically and proactively enhance the services we provide for our students.

The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
Excellent IT and technical skills across a broad range of packages
A demonstrable track record of providing a high-quality administrative support service, obtained from any industry or sector
Excellent organisation, time keeping and team working skills
Strong communication skills, alongside the ability to converse on complex subjects with a wide variety of stakeholders
The ability to prioritise your own workload under minimum supervision
Demonstrable evidence of CPD
