We are looking for a highly-organised, experienced and proactive Project Officer to provide support for a project at the University to deliver a new institutional approach to delivering student outcomes. This is an opportunity to apply your skills and experience to deliver significant business change.
Duties of the Role
You will provide high-level support for the project working with a wide range of teams and stakeholders. You will be involved in researching, collating and analysing information, and supporting the work of project work streams, co-ordinating activity and leading on work streams in certain areas. You will create and maintain project documentation keeping accurate records, shared project resources and maintaining action logs. You will play a key role in ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Skills and qualifications required
You will have extensive administrative experience – preferably in a project environment. You should be highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload to meet demanding deadlines. You will have excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to apply your skills and experience to supporting the successful delivery of change management in higher education, and be able to demonstrate your ability to quickly acquire and assimilate complex information relevant to student assessment. You will have the confidence to work under your own initiative, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of work packages and playing a proactive role in the overall success of the project.
