The opportunity has arisen to join a committed team at this exciting stage in the development and expansion of Lancaster Medical School.

Lancaster Medical School is seeking an experienced administrator to join an existing administrative team. You will provide high-level administrative support for the Additional Student Numbers Project as the additional medical student cohorts progress and embed into the undergraduate medical degree programme. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities with internal and external project stakeholders.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages at an advanced level are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly as part of a rapidly expanding department. Ideally you will have previous administrative experience in a higher education or NHS background.

A proven team player and confident communicator, you will be committed to integrating into a busy office environment, working closely with a wide range of colleagues.
