Compensation and Benefits
The PGE Segment Manager defines and delivers the development strategy for the pro grade expert segment within the UK. Strategies will be in-line with regional and global plans.
Ensure the strategic plans are effectively executed with strong ‘Go To Market’ activities. Coordinate all product & marketing activities. Collaborate with other relevant UK departments and the Regional Segment Managers for PGE.
Ensures and contributes to the profitable growth of the PGE segment. Plus works closely with the UK Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialists to improve Marketing KPIs within the PGE segment.
To be the UK voice and key touchpoint for the PGE segment. Collaborative working with UK Marketing team, Regional Marketing Team, Local departments and Business Development Manager.
Travel within UK and region representing PGE segment.
