We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to target employers, generate opportunities and secure high quality placements for our post-graduate students in the Nottingham Business School. This is an exciting new post which would suit a confident and target driven individual with proven lead generation, recruitment and/or business to business sales experience. You will be required to understand employer’s needs and requirements, influence and provide talent solutions.
The ability to sell and influence others through persuasion and negotiation will be crucial. The successful person will also be expected to build positive relationships with students, many of whom are international, and coach them to maximise their success before, during and after the recruitment process so that they can secure high quality placements. You will therefore be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
This will be a fast-paced role with deadlines so you will be expected to be able to take the initiative and be proactive. Experience of working in a recruitment or placement related sector will be important. Experience of the education sector would be an advantage.
