We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral scientist to join the Health Protection Research Unit in Gastrointestinal Infections based at the University of Liverpool.

This post provides an opportunity for a researcher with advanced quantitative skills to make a practical contribution to reducing health inequalities and improving population health. You will be working with the Data & Informatics and People & Places themes to develop new data infrastructure, as part of the Liverpool Civic data Coop and apply advanced statistical methods using these data to address the projects objectives.

The successful candidate is expected to have a PhD or relevant experience including epidemiology, economics, geography, public health, psychology, health service research, computer science or statistics). The post is available until 29 February 2024.
