Day to day ownership of the loyalty shop. Ensuring products are on-brand, of good quality and remain within budget. Making sure that stock levels are kept in line with demand of the items.
Monthly reporting and analysis of loyalty shop offering. Providing feedback to loyalty management on best selling items each month and suggestions for new items going forward.
You will work with the wider campaign team to ensure that we have sufficient stock in place for any promotions when needed.
Work with Finance Business Manager in support of some administration tasks for installers, checking websites against FCA regulations once a month.
Support wider team in terms of digital development, looking after weekly maintenance priorities and managing digital supplier where needed.
Be main contact for digital marketplace. Building relationships with suppliers and ensuring profiles are up to date with the best offers.
Support team with loyalty specific Customer Survey Index results, identifying areas that need improvement and helping to implement these.
Work with loyalty intern to focus on customer experience, focusing on first look of the scheme and areas that can be improved from joining the scheme to being an established member
Relevant marketing qualifications/experience
