As the Manager, Grading & Market Intelligence you will be working with the Head of Compensation & Benefits to develop and help define companywide: Job Architecture, Job Classification/ Job evaluation process, Salary Survey approach, Salary Range development as well as help on the Sales Plans which the company operates.
Working globally, linking with regional and local teams
Define a globally consistent approach for collecting, analyzing and interpreting Total Compensation + market intelligence information
Share leading Total Compensation practices with the global team
Provide and help lead development of job families/structures, job evaluation methodologies, etc.
Develop tools for regional and local team members to use to aid in market pricing and salary survey data management
Develop, Support and enable global Job Classification programs and process
The qualified candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related
5+ years of experience with Job Architecture, including Job Classification/ Job evaluation process, Salary Survey approach, Salary Range development within a large, multi-national company environment
Experience in using Mercer / WTW tools is essential

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work with HR teams and employees worldwide to resolve complex compensation issues
Strong analytic, organizational and communication skills, with confidentiality being paramount
Knowledge of statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics as well as regression analysis
Demonstrable experience of Compensation surveys, Sales plan development and job classification approaches.
Ability to convey complex information simply
Strong Excel skills, PowerPoint skills are essential and ability to use Python 3 would be of distinct interest.
