The Moto IT department provides IT services to over 1200 IT users. The estate of 43 Motorway service areas includes over 330 trading outlets with 770 Moto owned EPOS devices, 400 site based PCs and 85 head office based servers.

The project team have an exciting portfolio of projects to deliver and this is a role that will touch upon a broad range of technology project types including WAN, Brand deployments and EPOS system implementation.

Role:

As an IT Graduate the key purpose of your role is to support the team of project managers to deliver a range of business projects. This involves working at all stages of the project lifecycle from initial concept right through to delivery. Project managers at Moto are responsible for the build and management of the end-to-end project plans and work breakdown structures to ensure that every detail is considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Supporting the PMO manager with project portfolio reporting
  • Establishing communication plans
  • Work within project budgetary / time constraints
  • Preparing budgetary and fixed price estimates
  • Quality assurance
  • Delivering small projects with support of the Programme Manager
