About the role

Our People & Culture function plays an integral part of National Grid’s Success as a company and as a HR Graduate you will experience a number of different roles and also work and build relationships with important internal stakeholders. 

What you’ll need

  • You’ll need to have/be on track to achieve a 2.1 in any degree discipline
  • Applicants must have a full UK driving licence at least 3 months before the start date
  • Must be willing to relocate as and when the programme requires

    We’re proud to offer a competitive salary from £29,254 (Bachelors degree) or £30,318 (Masters degree)

    The opportunity is located at our Head Office in Warwick
