The International Student Recruitment (ISR) team at Brunel University London is responsible for the acquisition of international students. We are looking for a professional with significant experience of international HE to lead our ISR team. This senior role in the Directorate of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment (CMSR) leads the strategy and work to deliver the University’s challenging international student number targets. This includes identifying and leading on growth opportunities.

Salary (H5 Grade): £54,131 to £59,135 per annum, plus £2,166 per annum London Weighting

We are looking for a professional with significant experience of international HE to lead our ISR team. This senior role in the Directorate of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment (CMSR) leads the strategy and work to deliver the University’s challenging international student number targets. This includes identifying and leading on growth opportunities.

With proven experience of stakeholder relationship management, you will be working with and influencing academic staff and agents, managing the on-time delivery of complex projects and associated budgets, and delivering sales targets.

Whilst based in the UK, this role leads a multi-cultural, multi-national team of 16 some of whom are based in-country. You will also have the flexibility and willingness to undertake overseas travel.

It is essential that you are educated to degree level, or equivalent, with innovative ideas and considerable analytical skills to identify opportunities and create business cases. You should have commercial acumen and a sensitivity to the needs and preferences of different cultures.
