We are now recruiting the next generation of talent to join our 2022-23 scheme and become some of the future leaders or technical experts at Gripple or other businesses in the GLIDE (Growth Led Innovation Driven Company Ltd) group.
What is the role?
We are looking for high calibre graduate trainees to take up full-time positions following successful completion of a 16-month graduate training programme.
Your extensive and flexible training programme will start in September 2022 and will give you as many options as possible to gather experience, make an impact and add value from day one and will include:
•rotations and project work around key areas of the business, both within Gripple, be that in the UK or abroad, and potentially across the wider GLIDE group
•induction and orientation period
•mentoring from our People & Culture team, plus an additional, high level professional coach and mentor from another business area
•a 7-week Raleigh International expedition to either Nepal, Tanzania or Costa Rica
We are particularly interested to hear from those with a specialism or interest in the following areas:
•Mechanical and civil engineering
•Web and software development
The positions will be based at our HQ in Sheffield initially, but there may be the opportunity to travel abroad and work in our overseas sites and businesses.

Who you are?
We welcome applications from students graduating in a STEM subject (or join honours STEM subject with additional subject such as business) in 2022 (or who graduated in the last two years) with an achieved or predicted first class or upper class second honours degree. You must also be able to offer:
•‘A’ levels or equivalent at grades A-B
•Proven leadership skills
•Display of a broad range of extra-curricular activities, e.g. involvement in sports clubs, societies, volunteering and part-time work
•Sense of humour
•Confidence and resilience
•A logical and realistic approach to business
•Self-motivation and drive to make the graduate management programme work for them
•Hunger to succeed and deliver results
•Knowledge of a second language would also be desirable
