<p>A hugely successful Aerospace company based in Leicester are looking for a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator.</p><p>Due to continued growth, the business are looking to expand further within the supply chain division. Within this role you will be supporting the company’s supply chain functions and the Supply Chain Manager with any required duties they wish you to undertake.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">As a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Communicate with the pla ing team to produce (short, medium and long term) forecasts and then deliver this to sub contract suppliers.</li><li>Undertake any other duties as required by the department Manager.</li><li>Sub Contract scorecards must include the improvement plans showing in the development performance where required.</li><li>Input and manage customer order process which will then fall in line with the production requirements.</li><li>Health and safety performance such as / 6S interactions within Dispatch / Warehouse / Yard must be dealt with daily.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">To be a successful within this role you will have:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Experience working within the supply chain and demonstrate a keen interest in it</li><li>Good attitude and very enthusiastic.</li><li>Experience in dealing with supplier exte ally and inte ally.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Experience in using SAP system.</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Use of Pivot tables, Formulas and Macros).</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">In retu you will receive an excellent benefits package which includes:</span></strong></p><ul><li>25 days holiday Bank Holidays (The Company does have a shutdown period over Christmas so a certain amount of days will have to be reserved for this period).</li><li>Pension will be matched up to 7 and half percent.</li><li>Quarterly bonus of 8%, depending on the company performance.</li><li>Cycle to work scheme.</li><li>Retail Vouchers</li><li>Shift patte :</li><li>Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 16:25pm</li><li>Friday: 8.00am – 3.50pm</li><li>30 minute lunch break.</li></ul><p>If you interested in this role as a Purchasing Manager please click the apply button.</p><p> </p><p>Please note, if your application is suitable, one of our consultants will call you within 5 working days.
