More about your role
As our Graduate Solutions Developer within the 2021 Emerging Talent Programme, you will work with colleagues and staff to ensure the development and delivery of new solutions for parts of the main “Group.” The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to work as a Solutions Developer.
Working as part of our ERP team you’ll gain experience working alongside a team of project managers and business analysts. Understanding the requirements the business have of their systems and solutions and making this a reality. Your curious mind will support you to excel in this role, taking a functional system and fine tunning it. Making it work to meet the people need.
More about you
To be considered for this role you’ll have an interest in pursuing a career in solutions development. This may be your first role from uni or you may be looking for a new career. Ideally, you will be educated to a degree level in an associated subject. You may have some work experience of solutions such as Agile or Business World- but if not you should be deterred from applying we can support you with this training.
This is a great time to join this team, with new solutions being rolled out in the coming months you will be supported with learning and development to learn on the job quickly.
You’ll join our Emerging Talent programme which brings together SPIRITed and talented individuals from across Places for People. The programme is designed to provide you with a wide range of skills, business insight and sector specific knowledge over two years. You’ll learn a lot and quickly, you’ll get exposure to some of our senior leaders as well being connected to a business mentor to support you throughout.
