We are looking for a motivated Graduate Service Manager to support Our Telecommunications and Media Team of Service Delivery Managers, delivering services to a large customer in TMT industry and in return have the opportunity to learn from an immensely experienced community. We add business and IT value by managing, enhancing and maintaining applications, services, platforms and environments utilizing smart automation & robotics and driving continuous delivery & deployment.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for service delivery management and governance including the production of service reporting, attending customer meetings and relationship management with BBC Service Management.
