    Our client, a prestigious UK law firm, seek to appoint a Graduate Recruitment Officer, on a full-time, permanent basis. The role Part of a wider HR Team of 7, focussing solely on trainee recruitment, taking ownership of the design and implementation of the firm’s graduate recruitment strategy. • Managing communications with University of Law, universities, candidates and other third parties• Delivering virtual and in-person events in relation to the firm’s graduate recruitment programme.• Organisation and running of the summer vacation schemes.• Management and processing of vacation scheme and training contract applications on the Apply4Law system.• Organisation of Graduate Recruitment Partners on sifting of vacation scheme and training contract application forms.• Training and advising Graduate Recruitment Partners on Rare Recruitment’s contextual recruitment tool. Requirements Legal sector graduate recruitment/training contract experience.
