Graduate Recruitment Manager
My client a boutique Financial Services business is looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Manager.
This is a newly created role that has come about as the business scales up. The current have 150 employees globally but intend to increase this to 300 by mid 2022.
The business sits in the FinTech space specialising in Crypto Trading and they’re looking for someone that has worked as a Graduate Recruitment Manager within a financially regulated environment.
In this role you will be building out the graduate programme in it’s entirety. You’ll be driving the Diversity & Inclusion programme and making changes the existing process to rebalance the data. In addition, you will be working with Universities on a global scale visiting establishments such as MIT, Princeton, Oxford, Cambridge plus leading academic centres in Switzerland and Singapore. Furthermore, you’ll be reshaping the assessment centres and manging the screening process for applicants.
This is a fantastic opportunity that has the potential to grow over time where you can shape the structure of the function and be the key decision maker reporting into the Head of HR.
As this is a newly created position my client is hoping to secure someone keen to join on a temp to perm basis with the initial contract running for a minimum of 12 months.
This is a thoroughly attractive role for someone that has built a Grad Programme from scratch, specifically within the financial services sector.
Not only is this role paying extremely well, you are also eligible for the BUPA gold level package plus 12% pension and 30 days holiday.
My client is also working to a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
