How does the APAC Graduate Programme work?
We require all candidates who join FDM to be based in China to begin their training with FDM, due to Covid-19 training will be delivered virtually. You will go through 2-3 months of intensive training to upskill you into the field of Software Development. If you are passionate about this field, have been self-learning and want to start a career in this area, FDM will be open to considering candidates of all backgrounds! Once the training is completed you will be deployed to work with FDM’s prestigous global clients in China for a period of up to 2 years.
Our award-winning Careers Programme allows you to become an expert within your field as you will gain transferable skills and receive full support and mentoring throughout your time with us.
Software Developers are integral to delivering technology solutions and during your training at FDM you will learn how to write code that is modular, robust and scalable.
Your role will be varied and will require you to work across a number of projects. You will gather requirements, analyse user needs, design and develop software solution and document each stage of the process, all whilst collaborating with a number of stakeholders throughout the business.
