Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from graduate to senior management levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Digital readiness – ability to adapt to technological innovations
  • Awareness of stakeholder engagement and associated issues and the ability to engage at all levels of the business from Exec to Operations
  • Willing to become comfortable with practice at successfully managing/delivering facilitation of sessions, giving presentations and in the longer term coaching teams and individuals.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and experience a range of different projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Full (written/verbal) English proficiency and ability to convey information to people clearly
  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a personal drive for high quality work, continuous improvement and the application of lessons learnt
  • Good report writing skills
  • Awareness of stakeholder engagement and associated issues and the ability to engage at all levels of the business from Exec to Operations
  • Previous exposure to consultancy environment
