What is a Cost Manager?
Cost Managers manage the cost of building projects from start to finish, looking for the best value for money and making sure the project meets legal and quality standards.
So cost managers ensure:

Clients achieve value for money
Projects are on budget
This is a very skilled job and you will need a good understanding of building regulations and standards as well as a good knowledge of construction methods and materials. Cost Management suits people who are well organised and are looking for a professional-level career.
What is a Project Scheduler?
Project Schedulers are responsible for creating, updating and coordinating project schedules. Schedulers create resource usage models and predictions, carry out schedule health checks & complete reports on project progress. Schedulers work closely with the project delivery team and client to build, evaluate and optimise project schedules.

Controlling Energy Marshalling (CEM)
What is a CEM?
CEMs manage energy networks of critical infrastructure through construction, energisation & commissioning. CEMs ensure safety of personnel, protection of the environment, and security of client assets through each step of the construction process.
Safe systems of work are in place
Technical best practice guidance is provided
The safety of personnel & operational environment
This is a highly skilled job for which you will need knowledge of high voltage and low voltage power system installation, commissioning and energisation. Detailed understanding of safe systems of work is an essential part of this job. Energy Marshalling suits people who are detail oriented, well organised and technically astute.
Integration & Technical Infrastructure Management (ITIM)
What is an ITIM?
ITIMs are specialist project managers who lead the procurement of IT & telecommunications equipment from design through construction and manage the deployment of IT networks. ITIMs coordinate numerous stakeholder groups to ensure the timely and successful rollout of IT networks. ITIMs are also responsible for overseeing the project handover process from the contractor to the facility operations team.

This is a highly skilled job – an understanding of IT & telecommunications and good communication skills are required. The ITIM role is suited to people who are well organised, detail oriented and have great interpersonal skills.
