Internal Firm Services (IFS)

Our purpose focuses on how we contribute to society, and how our business decisions can contribute to greater trust and solving important problems. In order to achieve our purpose and deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. The people who power us – our internal teams – have a vital role to make sure we have all the right resources, services and technology to be the best we can be. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our most talented people choose to harness their skills inside of PwC.

Risk Management

Who do PwC consultants and auditors, as market leading professionals, turn to when they themselves need advice? If it’s to do with managing risk, business ethics, technical and regulatory requirements or preventing financial crime the answer is PwC’s own Risk Management professionals. As the vital problem solvers who support our business to deliver our strategy safely, you could be at the heart of supporting our business.

As a global organisation PwC’s purpose is to solve important problems and build trust in society; this isn’t easy and our clients regularly come to us with exciting but challenging engagements. From time to time our teams need specialist support in advising upon and managing our own risks. With this, our Risk Management Professionals are expected to understand our business, the clients’ needs and have the technical leadership and communication skills to help navigate through very testing situations.

Our organisation, people, processes, technology capabilities are and will continue to change at a fast pace to align with our stakeholder needs. Most important to successfully keep pace is the people we have, the behaviours we encourage and investment we make in our people.

Throughout your time with us, we’ll support you to reach your potential and access career enhancing opportunities. Our graduates of today will be leaders of tomorrow.
