As a Graduate IT Desktop Support Analyst you will joining our collaborative IT Service Desk team where you will provide:
• First line support for internal technical issues
• Maintenance of workstations and servers
• Automation of processes using PowerShell
• Usage and implanting of virtual environments
• Maintenance and support of office IT infrastructure
• Administration of hosted services and databases
• Manage the virtual desktop environments
This is a highly varied position where you will be solving challenging problems on a daily basis.
As you develop your skills, you will be handed increased levels of responsibility and you will have opportunities to progress your career and skills further.
