  • Support customers adoption and use of Advanced products
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, building success plans for each one and actively deliver to it
  • Create evangelists by listening to customers closely and delighting them with our user experience and service
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure we have a joined up and consistent approach for the customer
  • Identify opportunities to expand our offering to customers through active listening and consultative discussions
  • Share insights from other customers use of our solutions to help them get the best results
  • Commercial awareness skills ensuring the customer is realising their return on investment
  • An excellent problem solver with the ability to identify and resolve problems as they are recognised
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Comfortable at communicating with varying levels of seniority
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
