About the Role:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Create beautifully written copy that gives voice to our industry leading brands.
Craft messaging in a way that’s compelling while being clear, concise and accurate.
Flex to adopt a variety of writing styles, adapting the tone and developing the narrative to suit the distinct identity and values of each brand.
Work with our creative teams to correctly and consistently produce the right strategic storytelling and tone of voice for our brands.
Assist the creative team by contributing thoughts, ideas and rationale to the creative process.
Comfortable managing all forms of copy from packaging to web and social content.
Proactively research products, materials, style trends across the industry and media to create inspiring, topical copy that stands out from the competition.
Communicate effectively and collaborate positively to foster great relationships with colleagues and managers across all teams.
Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
Degree qualified in a related subject e.g. English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing or similar
Creativity, enthusiasm and curiosity
A natural passion for beauty and wellbeing with a particular interest in skincare and haircare
Brilliant written English with strong attention to detail, grammar and spelling
Able to work at pace while multi-tasking on different projects
Excellent organisation and project management skills.
Must be PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office
A positive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and improve
