We are looking for 5 graduates ASAP to join our diverse colleagues in our Products & Resources practice, working directly with senior colleagues such as Client Relationship Managers, Client Partners and Managing Client Partners. These roles would be based out of London but will involve UK travel to client sites.

The Products & Resources practice covers multiple industries such as:

  • Retail
  • Consumer Goods
  • Manufacturing
  • Automation
  • Transportation
  • Travel & Hospitality
  • Energy & Utilities
  • By joining as a Graduate, you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant employees on projects that deliver solutions to our clients. Throughout your first few years, we will closely monitor your progress and offer coaching, training, and support to help you achieve your long-term career goals at Cognizant. This team has very high visibility with our Executive team and across the business, providing you with a tremendous opportunity for personal and professional growth.

    Responsibilities

    The main purpose of the role is to support and assist the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Business Development Managers in acquiring clients and managing the relationships with existing clients. You will also help maximise the profitability of existing relationships by ensuring that clients receive an exceptional quality of service on a day-to-day basis.

    You will work alongside experienced Cognizant professionals providing support and expertise across the following areas of work:

  • Sales
  • Delivery
  • Reporting
  • P&L
  • You’ll analyse and synthesis large amounts of information in order to present this in a different format that’ll help us better propose our bids and take our clients on a journey.You’ll help to creatively represent our solutions, communicate our intent and support others in business development roles.

    You’ll be supporting methods in optimising business processes and increasing revenue and evaluate operations and finances, research sales leads, and develop improved business strategies. You will perform competitor analysis and improve market awareness.

    Requirements

  • Min. Bachelors degree – any degree background but preference towards Products & Resources, or working experience in these industries.
  • Interest in Products & Resources related industries via education, experience or hobbies
  • Evidently creative in communications with graphics
  • Passion for data and analysing information
  • Strong presenting skills across verbal, written and visual settings
  • Able to build relationships, gaining trust and be a fair team player
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with influencing and persuasion skills
  • Good at prioritising own workload, well organised and structured in both thinking and executing
  • Ability to use own initiative to address challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and quality standards
  • As a complex, fast moving and global organisation, you should be prepared to be challenged and be prepared to challenge.
