What are we looking for?
We’re looking for 20 people from any degree discipline, to strengthen our existing team of Associates. We’re running a PWC Change Solutions academy in London starting in January 2022.
This is a 9 week training program that will provide you with industry leading experience and skills to join our team of Business Analysts (BA) and Project Management Officers (PMO). The role will be based out of our ‘Operate/Change Solutions’ hub in London
About the role
You’ll be a part of PwC Operate’s Change Solutions business, joining our community of Business Analysts and Project Management Officers.You’ll be offered support, training and guidance to enhance your skills and experience along with on the job learning and shadowing across several parts of our business and projects.
Ultimately, you’ll support transformation and change projects for our clients, who are predominantly within the financial services sector and or other heavily regulated industry sectors. Our staff mostly work from client office locations, focusing on supporting clients to implement and execute their specific projects.
Typical duties of a PMO or a BA include;
Writing and designing process maps.
Preparing business requirements, documenting ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes and delivering process flows.
Assisting in the development and / or implementation of Target Operating Models.
Coordinating project input.
Defining reporting structures to management.
Formally documenting functions.
Writing process documentation.
Development and maintenance of project plans.
Preparation of project reports including status reports, RAID logs and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio.
Production of presentations for senior management.
Supporting the project management team with ad hoc requirements.
Identifying risks, issues and discrepancies and taking action accordingly.
Who are we looking for?
Graduates with a minimum of 2:2 degree (in any subject) keen to build a career in financial services.
Able to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.
Have office experience in a business environment.
Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Self-starters and motivated to succeed.
Excellent communicators both verbal and written.
Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications.

Where will you be based?
The role will be based out of our ‘Operate/Change Solutions’ hub in London. However, as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond, sometimes at short notice and sometimes over lengthy periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
