<p><strong>Graduate Application Support Engineer &ndash; Electronic Engineering </strong></p><p>We have a fantastic and immediate opening for a Graduate, ideally with 12 months post qualification or inte ship work experience, to establish a career with along standing Electronics organisation with a global presence.&nbsp; Joining their customer facing technical support applications team, you can expect:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>&pound;25,000 – &pound;28,000</li><li>Bonus (Quarterly)</li><li>Pension</li><li>33 Days Holidays (Including Bank Hols)</li><li>Outstanding Career Development &amp; Training</li><li>Project Ownership</li><li>Customer Facing Inte ational Business Trips</li></ul><p>The company produce a range of Electronic &amp; Mechatronic technology that is used within the Automotive industry and are often called upon to create bespoke solutions, or rectify post sales product issues, by offering a post investigation of cause technical replacement solution.</p><p>This team&rsquo;s duty is to support the company&rsquo;s existing global presence of large household named companies to ensure they remain repeat business customers.</p><p><strong>Graduate Application Support Engineer Role:</strong></p><p>Due to fast expansion and growth within the company over the last 5 years, especially inte ationally, an Application Support Team has been created to maintain customer satisfaction and tailored support on key accounts.</p><p>Being part of this team requires a high degree of communication and liaison between customers and all associated inte al Development, Operations, Sales and Manufacturing departments to ensure all customer expectations are always met.</p><p>The main focus of the role will be to offer the first point of contact for Electronic Technical issues for Per and Post Sales orders. This will require working in close partnership with the company&rsquo;s inte al knowledge to gain a good understanding of what potential route causes can be and how to find a quick solution.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Speak directly with customers and End Users to ensure they receive excellent service.</li><li>Support sales with technical enquiries and inte al platforms to allow to deliver excellent service to our customers as we provide both pre and post technical sales support.</li><li>Review raised Customer Retu s and evaluated resolutions as part of the Customer Retu s Process</li><li>Conduct technical investigations as we support our customers, providing data feedback into our quality management system.</li><li>Develop key knowledge on Fortress&rsquo; product range, with understanding of key Fortress applications.</li><li>Contribute to and create and new ways to keep our customers informed on our products as we develop new materials, training and services.</li><li>Contribute to a culture of process improvement, using your customer experiences to provide feedback on Quality and Production processes and to offer new solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Graduate Application Support Engineer Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree / HND Engineering Qualification with exposure to Electronic Engineering (Essential)</li><li>Relevant industry experience preferred (Electronic Device Manufacture / Test / Quality)</li><li>Good presentation and communication skills</li><li>A good work ethic with strong self-motivation</li><li>A willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals with flexible hours of work &ndash; though based at our UK head office, travel to Customer sites would be anticipated.</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced and growing organisation where the company have a proud history of developing their junior staff into senior players within the business.</p><p><strong>Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Ca ock, Birmingham, Dudley, Stourbridge, Stafford, Telford, Walsall, Lichfield</strong></p>
