Department Summary

The Client Success department provides a crucial service to the commercial teams allowing them to generate revenue across all Future brands. We also have a real focus on client experience with the aim to exceed all expectations in producing engaging and compelling commercial content for our readers. The team works across a wide range of projects such as, online content marketing, digital advertising and print and we coordinate with internal departments and third party suppliers to put it all together. It is a fast paced department that offers daily challenges and we have a fantastic team that loves what they do.

Job Summary & Purpose

Using your excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of small projects. From the moment we receive the brief you will become the point of contact for the client and responsible for distilling that brief into a project plan with a clear set of deliverables and objectives. From sourcing writers and designers, to coordinating with the social media team on how best to reach our audience, you will be responsible for every element of the project. We work across internal and external teams and to tight deadlines so staying on top of all your projects, reporting on progress or problems is part of your day to day.

Key role responsibilities

  • Manage a range of projects small fast turn around projects with multi channel deliverables and executing them to the highest standard.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to senior management as needed
  • Raising PO’s and monitoring costs ensuring campaigns come within expected profit margins
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute on all aspects of campaign delivery including editorial, email, ad delivery, audience development/traffic driving and business intelligence/reporting to ensure client KPIs are met and exceeded, as needed by Account Managers and Directors
  • Ensuring we deliver great client experiences by communication and hitting the clients goals and objectives with the wider aim of business renewal
  • Be an ambassador for the department by embodying our values, living best practices and representing excellence in project management. Continue to expand your knowledge of our industry to improve the offering of the Client Success team.
  • Requirements

    Preferred skills and experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self motivate and manage your own time and workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to track and manage multiple integrated campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to build campaign reports for internal and external audiences
  • Previous experience in print advertising / digital advertising / online content
  • A desire to get stuck in and get the work done.
