This includes data breaches, cyber risk, political instability, global and local jurisdictional challenges, directors and officers liability as well as damage to professional reputations amongst many other products and services.
We are a tight, professional and technical team with an impeccable reputation in a niche market.
The role: Graduate
Despite the tough challenges thrown at our industry from the current pandemic, we are resilient and aggressively developing business, managing clients and increasing our revenues.
We are seeking someone who can combine this with a desire to work alongside our team at Marsh, servicing clients from around the world.
The Graduate will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of existing accounts whilst working towards the accrual and development of new client accounts within FINPRO.
All graduates are provided with a buddy, a mentor, a coach to guide them through the qualification as well as ongoing support from their manager.

What is a typical ‘Day in the Life’ of a Marsh Graduate
There are two primary areas we recruit into:
Within broking you could be working within a specialty team to understand all the risks associated with a particular sector and then working with a team to broker a deal.
As a Client Executive you’ll be liaising with your clients and understanding their business, the risks and what value looks like for them. You’ll then be in a position to advise on the best course of action for their risk management and work with the broking teams to make this happen.
