As our Graduate Project Coordinator, you’ll take delight in supporting the Project Managers to deliver bespoke, best in class, e-learning solutions and in fostering and developing great rapport and relationships with Capita Learning’s global clients. Working in accordance with the company’s prescribed standards of quality and excellence, you’ll you be highly organised person with a strong eye for detail and will be responsible for monitoring and helping to control project budgets, quality procedures and schedules. Job title:Graduate – Digital Learning, Project Coordinator Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Helping Project Managers to define project tasks and resource requirements Helping to allocate and monitor project resource allocation Monitoring project budget to ensure that project progress and revenue is accurately reported on a weekly basis Creating change control budgets at times Helping project teams to highlight risks and participate in their resolution Monitoring and amending project timelines and highlighting changes accordingly Managing some localisation and smaller projects (e.g. updates), depending on the nature of the project What we’re looking for: Ideally a digital related degree or equivalent qualification. A professional, dynamic and positive attitude. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Effective inter-personal skills. Ability to work on a number of projects concurrently and prioritise own workload. Good planning and workflow management skills.
