You will work alongside a network of experienced Project Managers as part of a growing function and gain exposure to a broad mix of sectors and methodologies, with a dedicated mentor to guide you on your journey.
We are one of the world’s largest research companies with offices in 90 markets. Ipsos brings together research, implementation, methodological, and subject-matter experts from around the world, combining thematic and technical experts globally with local knowledge to deliver top-quality research.
Our culture is unique – we have the entrepreneurial spirit and quirkiness of a small boutique, but we also have the resources, scale and diversity of a large global agency. We are filled with bright, friendly, hard-working and enthusiastic people, from many backgrounds, with various interests, skills and experiences to learn from. Our values are based on our diverse cultural backgrounds, helping us to be responsive, client-focused and flexible.
As a Graduate Project Executive , you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, thrown straight into working on live projects. You will gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced project managers.
Our Generation Ipsos programme provides a comprehensive foundation in research and how it’s practically applied in a commercial environment. You’ll be trained in client management, project management and the nitty-gritty of research including methodologies, sampling, weighting and ethics. You’ll learn through real life, hands-on experience, webinars, seminars and specialist workshops. We’ll provide you with dedicated training designed to achieve the industry recognised Market Research Society (MRS) Advanced Certificate accreditation. Networking is a key skill, so we have Early Careers events with other Graduates, Placement Students and Interns across the company.
