    Internal Medicines UK – Marketing Team

    Role Overview
     

    The Internal Medicines marketing team strives to bring tomorrows innovations to today’s largest patient populations, tackling some of the most significant areas of unmet need for patients within the NHS. This placement will be working on a product used to prevent strokes in patients with non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation (NVAF), and for the treatment of Venous Thrombo-embolism (VTE). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help us drive digital innovation to deliver meaningful change for patients suffering from these devastating conditions.

    This role offers you an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic marketing department working alongside highly skilled marketers from operational planning all the way through to tactical execution, and metric analysis.

    What can I achieve and what will I be responsible for whilst completing a placement at Pfizer?

    You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Senior Manager and Country Brand Leads to deliver digital campaigns in line with our 2022/2023 goals and financial objectives. You will provide vital support for a variety of activities including brand strategy and campaigns, internal communications, digital asset development, launch and maintenance. As the year progresses, you will be encouraged to take on more accountability, and will be provided with guidance and training to enable this.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

    Creating brand materials to communicate, to predominantly a Healthcare Professional audience, up to date scientific data through multi-channel approachesSupport the development and implementation of the operational brand plans for the UK, in order to deliver the revenue expectation for the brand(s) in line with allocated marketing expenditureExecution of bespoke projects, e.g., research into social media campaigns or review of site metricsLiaising with external vendors such as creative and digital agenciesLead and coordinate projects with the field facing in-country cross functional teamWorking with other internal departments such as medical, business technology and global marketing

    When can I start?

    Placements will start on 5th September 2022 and will run for 12 months.
