What the role involves:
Supporting class teachers across EYFS or Key Stage 1/2
Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support
Helping with classroom organisation and daily routines
Supporting pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and progress
Engaging with parents, staff, and wider school life
To be considered, you’ll need:
A degree (in any subject) – essential
A genuine interest in working with children and schools
Clear, confident communication and a warm, professional manner
Ideally some experience with children (formal or informal)
