Programme Description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a three-year accelerated learning programme that focuses on professional chartership. As a GROW graduate you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership. Youll benefit from structured training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.

The Consultancy GROW Programme

On the Consultancy GROW Programme youll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. Youll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

As a cost consultant you can work in any of our sectors and you will work across cost, commercial and transformational consultancy projects. At its core, Cost Consultancy involves estimating and advising on the cost of construction works, and your role will be key in providing advice on project finances and contractual relationships. Working in a fast-moving industry means an interest in digital transformation is key. We offer support with MSc conversions and Charterships (subject to levy eligibility) for those joining from a non-relevant course.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have the permanent right to live and work in the UK
  • You will be graduating in 2023 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Masters or Bachelors degree – We welcome students from all degree backgrounds for our Consulting Programmes
  • You will enjoy working in a team environment and have the confidence to work under pressure
  • You will be innovative & creative
  • Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Be a strategic and analytical thinker
  • Excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge appropriate for the area you are applying to
  • Relevant work experience through internships would be advantageous 
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
